I was on the edge of a good review but alas! The kitchenette stove didn't work and many drawers were dirty, quite unacceptable. And where was my complimentary welcome drink? I thought that woudl ve been standard! Truly, i felt more like an inconvenience than a guest.

Everything was excellent, spotlessly clean hotel, magnificent and unbeatable location close to Granada neighborhood. I stayed here before, always well-maintained and modern rooms with a kitchen. Location: the property was near to the best neighborhoods in Cali, the airport and a really nice church: )

Our room was reasonably large with a kitchen, just what was needed. Having an excellent shower and a shower was a bonus.

The location is perfect, offering close access to various attractions. I appreciated the roof terrace for dinners with a great view. The kitchenette stove didn't work , and I experienced some WiFi issues that affected my work calls. Despite these drawbacks, I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, particularly the Paella, and found the housekeeping to maintain cleanliness in my room.

Home away from home
This place really reminded me of a second home. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. I had the most delicious in-room breakfast-seriously, don't skip that! The location was perfect, but the gym was a bit small for my liking. Still, the rooftop view at night was amazing!

Recommend it for solo travelers
The staff reminded me of family, especially Eliana who arranged everything for my arrival. Waldir was once my guide and concierge too, showing me around , it was like having a personal tour of the place.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but reasonable for the experience.
